摘　　要：本文对柴油加氢改质装置开工进行了简要介绍,重点对开工过程中因为工艺装置联锁而导致循环氢压缩机超速问题进行了总结。包括超速对压缩机造成的损伤,压缩机返厂修复的措施,以及工艺连锁逻辑的修改。This paper briefly introduces the start up of diesel hydro-upgrading unit,and focuses on the overspeed problem of circulating hydrogen compressor during start up process due to interlocking of process facilities.It includes the damage caused by the overspeed to the compressor,the measures to repair the compressor back to the factory,and the modification of the process interlocking logic.
