摘  要:针对一定液气比下油气两相动压密封,利用几何软件建模并划分结构化网格,将计算域导入Fluent计算,分析工况参数对密封性能的影响。结果表明:密封泄漏量、开启力和流体膜刚度都随着转速的升高而增大;密封泄漏量、开启力和流体膜刚度都随着压差的增大而增大。For a certain liquid gas ratio under two phase of oil and gas dynamic pressure seal.Model was created using geometric software and the structured grid was divided.Then computational domain was calculated importing Fluent.The effects of operating parameter on the sealing performance were analyzed.The results show that seal leakage,opening force and fluid film stiffness were increased with the rising of rotation speed.Seal leakage,opening force and fluid film stiffness were increased with the increasing of pressure difference.
