摘 要:目的探讨益生菌治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法便利选择2018年1月—2020年6月因支气管哮喘急性发作入住新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院呼吸科的患者206例,随机分为研究组与对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上联合应用益生菌,比较两组患者治疗前与治疗8周后血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、γ干扰素(INF-γ)水平,第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)以及哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分。结果两组患者治疗前血清IL-4、IL-10、IL-17及INF-γ水平,FEV1、PEF以及ACT评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗8周后,研究组血清IL-4(29.74±5.34)ng/L、IL-17(73.42±8.53)ng/L水平显著低于对照组,IL-10(89.07±5.65)ng/L、INF-γ(33.71±3.56)ng/L水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.889、3.088、2.819、2.999,P<0.05);研究组FEV1(2.43±0.65)L、PEF(2.99±0.37)L/s较对照组显著改善,ACT评分(21.9±2.9)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.506、3.136、2.679,P<0.05)。结论益生菌治疗支气管哮喘的疗效良好,值得进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of probiotics in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods Conveniently selected 206 patients who were admitted to the respiratory department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 due to an acute attack of bronchial asthma.They were randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was combined with probiotics on the basis of conventional treatment.The serum levels of IL-4,IL-10,IL-17 and INF-γ,the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),and asthma control test(ACT)score were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment.Results The levels of serum IL-4,IL-10,IL-17 and INF-γ,FEV1,PEF and ACT scores of the two groups before treatment were not statistically different(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the serum IL-4(29.74±5.34)ng/L,IL-17(73.42±8.53)ng/L levels of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,IL-10(89.07±5.65)ng/L,INF-γ(33.71±3.56)ng/L level was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.889,3.088,2.819,2.999,P<0.05);the test group FEV1(2.43±0.65)L,PEF(2.99±0.37)L/s compared with the control group improved significantly,and the ACT score of(21.9±2.9)points was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.506,3.136,2.677,P<0.05).Conclusion Probiotics are effective in treating bronchial asthma and are worthy of further promotion and application.
