无托槽隐形矫治应用于成人正畸治疗及牙周病患者的正畸效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在成人正畸治疗及牙周病患者中应用无托槽隐形矫治的正畸效果。方法方便抽选于2017年8月—2020年8月该院共收治的成人正畸治疗及牙周病患者50例,根据入院顺序随机均分为两组。对照组(n=25)及研究组(n=25),分别实施传统固定矫治、无托槽隐形矫治。评价及对比两组的矫治指标、正畸效果、牙周健康情况。结果研究组的扭转牙转正时间(19.24±1.49)周、倾斜牙扶正时间(21.03±1.35)周、总治疗时间(28.24±2.69)周均短于对照组(28.79±1.66)、(34.11±1.72)、(40.28±3.90)周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组总有效率(72.00%),研究组的正畸总有效率(100.00%)明显提高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.980,P<0.05);矫治前,两组的牙周指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);矫治后,研究组的牙周指数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在成人正畸治疗及牙周病患者中应用无托槽隐形矫治的优势明显大于传统固定矫治,具有良好佩戴舒适性及美观性,正畸效果更为理想,可缩短总体矫治时间,改善患者牙周病变,临床可行性较高。Objective To analyze the effect of orthodontic treatment without brackets in adult orthodontic treatment and periodontal patients.Methods A total of 50 adult orthodontic and periodontal patients admitted to the hospital from August 2017 to August 2020 were selected convenient and randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission.The control group(n=25)and the study group(n=25)were treated with traditional fixed correction and invisible correction without brackets.Evaluated and compared the correction indexes,orthodontic effects,and periodontal health of the two groups.Results The study group's twisted teeth straightening time(19.24±1.49)weeks,inclined teeth straightening time(21.03±1.35)weeks,and total treatment time(28.24±2.69)weeks were shorter than those of the control group(28.79±1.66)weeks and(34.11±1.72)weeks,(40.28±3.90)weeks,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the total effective rate of the control group(72.00%),the total effective rate of orthodontics in the study group(100.00%)was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.980,P<0.05);before the treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the periodontal index between the two groups(P>0.05);after the treatment,the periodontal index of the study group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The advantages of using bracketless invisible orthodontics in adult orthodontic treatment and periodontal patients are significantly greater than traditional fixed orthodontics.It has good wearing comfort and aesthetics,and the orthodontic effect is more ideal,which can shorten the overall treatment time and improve patients with periodontal disease,which has high clinical feasibility.
