全面护理干预在核医学SPECT检查中的实施意义

摘　　要：目的探究在核医学SPECT检查中应用全面护理的实施意义。方法方便选取该院2017年4月—2019年8月行核医学SPECT检查的120例患者为观察对象,依据双盲法随机分为参照组(60例,常规护理干预)与观察组(60例,全面护理干预),对两组不同护理方法的应用效果进行对比分析。结果观察组护理总满意度为93.33%,显著高于参照组的71.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床依从性(96.67%)高于参照组(76.67%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.385,P<0.05);经干预后观察组SDS(抑郁自评量表)(36.85±3.22)分与SAS(焦虑自评量表)(38.65±2.42)分评分均低于参照组的(40.62±3.16)分、(43.26±3.42)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.473、8.523,P<0.05)。结论在患者接受SPECT检查时实施全面护理干预,可有效提高患者检查依从性,改善患者负面情绪,提高护理满意度,其应用价值显著。Objective To explore the significance of applying comprehensive nursing in nuclear medicine SPECT examination.Methods 120 patients who underwent nuclear medicine SPECT examination in the hospital from April 2017 to August 2019 were convenient selected as observation objects.According to the double-blind method,they were randomly divided into a reference group(60 cases,routine nursing intervention)and an observation group(60 cases,comprehensive nursing Intervention),a comparative analysis of the application effects of different nursing methods between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction of nursing care in the observation group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group 71.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the clinical compliance of patients in the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the reference group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.385,P<0.05);after the intervention,the scores of SDS(self-Rating depression scale)(36.85±3.22)points and SAS(self-Rating scale of anxiety)(38.65±2.42)points of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group(40.62±3.16)points,(43.26±3.42)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.473,8.523,P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing comprehensive nursing intervention when patients undergo SPECT examination can effectively improve patient compliance,improve patients’negative emotions,and increase nursing satisfaction.Its application value is significant.
