摘　　要：目的分析围术期护理干预对食管癌合并糖尿病患者术后血糖的影响。方法研究对象为随机选择该院在2019年8月—2020年6月收治的60例食管癌合并糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以围术期护理干预,就其护理效果进行分析比较。结果研究组患者手术前和手术后的血糖水平均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=4.776、7.014,P<0.001);研究组并发症发生率(6.7%)较对照组(26.7%)更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);研究组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.797、5.205,P<0.001);研究组术前准备时间和术后住院时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(t=11.461、12.506,P<0.001);研究组护理满意度(96.7%)较对照组(70.0%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.680,P=0.006)。结论对食管癌合并糖尿病患者实施全面的围术期护理干预有助于降低其血糖水平,还有助于提升手术效率,预防相关并发症的发生,加速患者病情的康复,缓解其心理负担,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on postoperative blood glucose in patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes.Methods The test subjects were randomly selected as 60 patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to June 2020.They were divided into a study group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the study group was given perioperative nursing intervention,and the nursing effects were analyzed and compared.Results The blood glucose levels of the study group before and after the operation were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.776,7.014,P<0.001);the complication rate(6.7%)of the study group was lower than that of the control group(26.7%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038);the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.797,5.205,P<0.001);the preoperative preparation time and postoperative hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=11.461,12.506,P<0.001),the nursing satisfaction(96.7%)of the study group was higher than the control group(70.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.680,P=0.006).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention for patients with esophageal cancer and diabetes can help reduce their blood glucose levels.It also helps to improve the efficiency of surgery,prevent the occurrence of related complications,accelerate the recovery of patients’condition,and relieve their psychological burden.The nursing model is worthy of clinical application.
