外固定支架术与切开复位钢板内固定术治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨外固定支架术与切开复位钢板内固定术对不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的治疗效果。方法采用该院2017年1月—2019年8月接收的66例不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象,按照数字表评分法将患者划为对照组和研究组,每组33例。对照组患者实施外固定支架术进行治疗,研究组患者使用切开复位钢板内固定术进行治疗,对两组患者临床治疗效果进行对比。结果研究组患者治疗优良率、并发症发生率、关节面台阶、尺偏角、掌倾角、桡骨高度、桡偏角、尺倾角分别为90.91%、6.06%、(0.32±0.35)mm、(26.92±2.13)°、(16.43±1.85)°、(11.66±0.53)mm、(25.47±3.60)°、(28.25±3.65)°,其数据均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.802、4.243,t=9.014、9.582、11.457、8.165、9.066、8.569,P<0.05)。结论为不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者使用切开复位钢板内固定术进行治疗,可以改善患者腕关节功能,值得临床大力推广。Objective To investigate the effect of external fixation and open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate on unstable distal radius fractures.Methods The 66 patients with unstable distal radius fractures received by the hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 were used as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the numerical table scoring method,with 33 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with external fixation stents,and patients in the study group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plates.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment excellent rate,articular surface steps,ulnar deflection angle,palm inclination angle,radius height,complication rate,radial deflection angle,ulnar inclination angle of the study group were 90.91%,6.06%,(0.32±0.35)mm,(26.92±2.13)°,(16.43±1.85)°,(11.66±0.53)mm,(25.47±3.60)°,(28.25±3.65)°,the data were better than the control group,the difference was significant(χ^(2)=5.802,4.243,t=9.014,9.582,11.457,8.165,9.066,8.569,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of unstable distal radius fractures with open reduction and plate internal fixation can improve the function of the wrist joints of patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
