摘 要:目的研究眶壁骨折患者应用3D打印技术辅助手术治疗的具体临床治疗效果,为3D打印技术在简单及复杂的眶壁骨折患者中制备精确的骨折实物模型提供参考。方法选择2019年1—12月期间在该院接受手术治疗的40例(40只眼)眶壁骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法将患者均分为两组。对照组20例(20只眼)患者接受传统手术治疗,研究组20例(20只眼)患者接受3D打印技术辅助手术治疗,对比分析两组临床疗效。结果对照组总复视治愈率是65.00%,研究组术后总复视治愈率是95.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05);对照组治疗后,平均眼球突出度差值是(0.95±0.27)mm;研究组治疗后,平均眼球突出度差值是(0.49±0.12)mm。经比较,组间差异有统计学意义(t=6.963,P<0.05)。结论眶壁骨折患者应用3D打印技术辅助手术治疗具有操作简单、手术时间短、手术费用低等优点,并且术后患者恢复良好,值得在临床当中推广和使用。Objective To study the specific clinical therapeutic effects of 3D printing technology assisted surgical treatment in patients with orbital wall fractures,and to provide references for 3D printing technology to prepare accurate physical fracture models in patients with simple and complex orbital wall fractures.Methods From January to December 2019,40 patients(40 eyes)with orbital wall fractures who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Twenty patients in the control group(20 eyes)received traditional surgical treatment,and 20 patients in the experimental group(20 eyes)received 3D printing technology-assisted surgical treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total cure rate of diplopia in the control group was 65.00%.The total cure rate of diplopia in the experimental group was 95.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.906,P<0.05);after treatment in the control group,the average eyeball difference was(0.95±0.27)mm;after treatment in the experimental group,the average eyeball difference was(0.49±0.12)mm,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=6.963,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing technology to assist surgical treatment of orbital wall fractures has the advantages of simple operation,short operation time,and low operation cost,and the patients recover well after the operation.It is worthy of promotion and use in the clinic.
