经皮肾镜应用超声/气压弹道碎石机治疗复杂泌尿系统结石临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经皮肾镜应用超声/气压弹道碎石机治疗复杂泌尿系统结石临床疗效。方法现选取2018年11月—2019年11月来该院进行治疗的复杂泌尿系统结石患者80例作为研究对象,根据治疗时间的先后顺序把这些患者平均分为研究组和参照组各40例。参照组采用的是传统开放手术进行治疗,研究组采用的是经皮肾镜应用超声/气压弹道碎石机进行治疗。分析比较两组复杂泌尿系统结石患者的临床治疗有效率和各项临床指标,并得出实验结论。结果研究组的临床治疗有效率为97.5%明显优于参照组的75.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05);研究组的各项临床指标,包括术中出血量(97.5±1.6)mL、手术时间(113.5±2.1)min等都明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=29.949、33.629,P<0.05)。结论经皮肾镜应用超声/气压弹道碎石机治疗复杂泌尿系统结石临床治疗效果比较好,有效地降低了患者术中的出血量,减少了患者并发症的发生率,缩短了患者的手术时间,提高了治疗的安全性,帮助患者节省了住院费用,具有临床推广的价值。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of percutaneous nephroscope with ultrasound/pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of complex urinary calculi.Methods 80 patients with complex urinary calculi who came to the hospital for treatment from November 2018 to November 2019 are selected as the subjects of this study,and these patients are divided equally into the study group and reference group according to the order of their treatment time with 40 patients each.The reference group used traditional open surgery for treatment,and the study group used percutaneous nephroscope with ultrasound/pneumatic lithotripsy machine for treatment.Analyzed and compared the clinical treatment efficiency and various clinical indicators of the two groups of patients with complex urinary system stones,and draw experimental conclusions.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 97.5%significantly better than 75.0%in the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05);various clinical indicators of the study group,including intraoperative blood loss(97.5±1.6)mL,operation time(113.5±2.1)min,etc.were significantly lower than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(t=29.949,33.629,P<0.05).Conclusion Percutaneous nephroscope application of ultrasound/pneumatic ballistic lithotripter has a better clinical treatment effect for the treatment of complex urinary calculi,which effectively reduces the amount of bleeding during the operation of the patient,reduces the incidence of patient complications,and shortens the operation time of the patient,improves the safety of treatment,helps patients save hospitalization costs,and has the value of clinical promotion.
