基层医院检验科质量控制的困境与优化路径

摘　　要：质量是检验工作的生命线,质量控制则是检验工作的核心。检验科做好质量控制工作,可以为临床医生诊治患者疾病提供有效依据。然而,基层医院检验科质量控制存在人才、处置能力、信息沟通、仪器设备、质控制度五个方面的困境。为此,基层医院检验科通过加快检验技术人才建设、提高检验人员处置质控失控能力、健全检验科室与临床科室的沟通机制、重视仪器设备的引进与维护、完善质控管理制度,以图走出困境。Quality is the lifeline of inspection work,and quality control is the core of inspection work.The quality control work of the laboratory department can provide effective basis for clinicians to diagnose and treat patients'diseases.However,there are five dilemmas in the quality control of clinical laboratory in primary hospitals in terms of talents,disposal capabilities,information communication,equipment,and quality control.To this end,the clinical laboratory of primary hospitals has accelerated the construction of laboratory technicians,improved the ability of inspectors to deal with out-of-control quality control,improved the communication mechanism between laboratory and clinical departments,paid attention to the introduction and maintenance of equipment and equipment,and improved the quality control management system,to get out of the dilemma.
