三级医院内部质量管理体系的建立研究

摘　　要：内部质量管理是基于内控的管理举措,通过确定质量管理职责、方针、目标等内容及体系化建设实现改进、控制、保障、策划综合管理目标。质量管理就是市场化、适应性的管理。本文通过探析三级医院内部质量管理体系建立方略,以期为三级医院提高综合服务质量提供参考。Internal quality management is a management measure based on internal control,through the determination of quality management responsibilities,policies,objectives and other content and systematic construction to achieve the comprehensive management objectives of improvement,control,guarantee,and planning.Quality management is market-oriented and adaptive management.This article analyzes the strategy of establishing the internal quality management system of tertiary hospitals,hoping to provide a reference for tertiary hospitals to improve the comprehensive service quality.
