摘　　要：目的探讨吸引头类管腔器械清洗中管腔器械清洗架的应用价值。方法取2019年1月—2020年1月在该院消毒供应中心进行清洗的820件吸引头类管腔器械为研究对象,随机设为研究组与对照组。对照组采用标准操作程序进行清洗,研究组在对照组清洗的基础上加入管腔器械清洗架。比较两组的清洗合格率与清洗时间,清洗前后的污染值以及两组器械的返洗与干燥情况。结果与对照组相比研究组目测及细菌培养合格率均较高,而清洗用时较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组清洗后相比研究组的污染值较低,且研究组污染前后的降低值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比研究组返洗率较低,而干燥合格率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对吸引头类管腔器械采用管腔器械清洗架进行清洗,能够显著提高其清洗合格率,返洗率显著减少,总体清洗质量得到显著提升,且能够有效缩短其清洗时间,是一种较为有效且使用的清洗方法,利于临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of the cleaning rack for lumen instruments in the cleaning of lumen instruments for attracting heads.Methods Take 820 head-type lumen devices that were cleaned in the hospital's disinfection supply center from January 2019 to January 2020 as the research objects,and randomly set them as the study group and the control group.The control group used standard operating procedures for cleaning,and the study group added a cleaning rack for luminal instruments on the basis of cleaning in the control group.Compare the cleaning qualification rate and cleaning time of the two groups,the pollution value before and after cleaning,and the backwashing and drying conditions of the two groups of instruments.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a higher qualification rate of visual inspection and bacterial culture,while the cleaning time was less,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the pollution value of the study group was lower,and the lowering value of the study group before and after pollution was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the backwash rate of the study group was lower,and the drying pass rate was higher,the difference was statistically siginficant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a lumen instrument cleaning rack for suction head lumen instruments can significantly improve the cleaning qualification rate,significantly reduce the backwash rate,significantly improve the overall cleaning quality,and effectively shorten the cleaning time,which is a more effective using cleaning method and is conducive to clinical promotion.
