摘 要:基层医院检验科每天均需要接收及处理大量患者标本(体液、分泌物以及血液等),若检验工作未严格遵照科学合理的规章制度开展,可导致感染风险提升,属于医院管理的重要环节。落实基层医院检验科的安全管理措施,使其有章可循、有法可依,在有效控制医院感染、降低不良事件发生率、提升工作人员工作质量和效率方面具有重要意义。该文主要针对医院检验科管理现状展开分析,总结管理对策。The clinical laboratory of the primary hospital needs to receive and process a large number of patient specimens(body fluids,secretions,blood,etc.)every day,if the inspection work is not strictly in accordance with science and rationality,the development of rules and regulations in the country can lead to an increase in the risk of infection,which is an important part of hospital management.The implementation of the safety management measures of the clinical laboratory of the primary hospitals to make them rule-based and law-based is of great significance in effectively controlling hospital infections,reducing the incidence of adverse events,and improving the quality and efficiency of staff.This article mainly analyzes the current situation of hospital laboratory management and summarizes management strategies.
