摘　　要：对房屋结构的材料性能、变形、构造及缺陷进行检测,并结合结构验算结果,评估了结构的安全性及抗震性能。根据结构存在的安全性问题及影响抗震性能的因素,提出了外包型钢结合粘贴钢丝网的加固处理方案,可为类似房屋结构加固提供参考。The material properties,deformation,structure and defects of the building structure are tested,and the safety and seismic performance of the structure are evaluated based on the results of structural checking.According to the existing safety problems of the structure and the factors affecting the seismic performance,the reinforcement scheme of the externally wrapped shaped steel and bonded steel wire mesh is put forward,which can provide reference for the reinforcement of similar building structures.
