摘  要:选取三种温拌剂Sasobit,M1,1102C,分别制备出双温拌沥青,研究双温拌沥青三大指标及135℃粘度。再通过性能实验分析不同双温沥青混合料的各种性能,最后基于灰色关联理论综合路用性能及降温效果评价各双温拌沥青混合料。结果表明:各温拌沥青发泡后的各项指标与发泡前相对比,软化点、135℃粘度下降明显,25℃针入度、5℃延度变化不大;双温拌剂技术的降温效果皆优于单温拌技术,其中SBS-M1-发泡的降温效果最好为42℃;基于灰色关联分析得到最佳的双温拌技术为SBS-M1-发泡。In this study,three warm-mix agents Sasobit,M1,1102C were selected to prepare double-warm-mix asphalt.The three major indexes of dual-temperature mixed asphalt and the viscosity at 135℃are studied.Then analyze the various properties of different double-warm-mix asphalt mixtures through performance experiments,and finally evaluate the double-warm-mix asphalt mixtures based on the gray correlation theory comprehensive road performance and cooling effect.The results show that the various indexes of the warm-mix asphalt after foaming are compared with those before foaming.The softening point and viscosity at 135℃decrease obviously,and the penetration at 25℃and the ductility at 5℃have little change.The cooling effect of double-warm-mix agent technology is better than that of single-warm-mix technology,and the cooling effect of SBS-M1-foaming is the best at 42℃.Based on grey relational analysis,the best double-warm-mix technology is SBS-M1-foaming.
