摘　　要：在流水施工的工期计算时,按照潘特考夫斯基法累加数列错位相减得到的工期有时和网络图计算的结果不一致。对各种流水施工情况的两种算法进行了比较,分析和研究了两种算法结果一致性的算法。The calculated duration of flow construction,which is obtained according to the Pantkowski method is sometimes inconsistent with the result of network diagram.This paper compares the two algorithms of various flow construction conditions.Further more,the paper analyzes and studies the algorithm of the consistency of the results between the two algorithms.
