摘　　要：为进一步提高修缮工程质量,进一步规范独立学院基建修缮工程管理方式。以山东某独立学院为例,结合学校基建修缮工程发现的一些工程管理上普遍存在的问题进行分析,从工程全过程提出解决对策,来提高独立学院修缮工程质量。In order to improve the quality of repair projects,further standardize the management mode of capital construction repair projects of independent colleges.Taking an independent college in Shandong as an example,the author combines with the school construction and repair project to analyze some common problems found,and puts forward solutions from the whole process of the project to improve the quality of the repair project of the independent college.
