重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂治疗急性上呼吸道感染患儿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究重组人干扰素α-2b喷雾剂(rhIFNα2b)对急性上呼吸道感染患儿的治疗效果。方法:选取某院于2019年2月~2020年10月收治的148例急性上呼吸道感染患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各74例。对照组予以利巴韦林喷剂治疗,观察组予以rhIFNα2b喷雾剂治疗,比较两组患儿的临床有效率、临床症状缓解所需时间及药物不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的临床治疗总有效率为89.19%,高于对照组的75.68%(P<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、咽部疼痛消失时间、鼻塞流涕消失时间、体温恢复正常所需时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01);两组患儿不良反应发生情况相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:rhIFNα2b喷雾剂对急性上呼吸道感染患儿的临床疗效显著,并能有效改善患儿的临床症状和体征。Objective:To explore recombinant human interferonα-2b sprays(rhIFNα2b)therapeutic effect on children with acute upper respiratory tract infections.Methods:148 children with acute upper respiratory tract infection in a hospital from February 2019 to October 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 74 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin spray,and the observation group was treated with rhIFNα2b spray treatment.The clinical effective rate,the time needed to relieve clinical symptoms and the occurrence of adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 75.68%and 89.19%respectively(P<0.05).The cough disappearance time,pharyngeal pain disappearance time,nasal congestion and runny nose disappearance time,and body temperature recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.01);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:RhIFNα2b spray has significant clinical effect on children with acute upper respiratory tract infections,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of children.
