摘　　要：目的:探讨手部运动在经桡动脉冠脉介入患者术后康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选择某院从2020年1月~11月收治的107例经桡动脉行冠脉介入手术患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组54例和对照组53例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在进行常规护理基础上接受手部运动康复训练,比较两组患者术后4h、8h、12hVAS评分、肿胀评分以及术后24h出血率。结果:研究组术后4h、8h、12hVAS评分、肿胀评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后24h内出血率为12.96%、对照组为22.64%(P>0.05)。结论:经桡动脉冠脉介入患者术后行手部运动,可降低疼痛、肿胀程度,且不增加出血风险,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of hand movement in postoperative rehabilitation and nursing of patients with coronary intervention via radial artery.Methods:107 cases of patients with coronary interventional surgery via radial artery admitted to a hospital from January to November 2020 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 54 cases and 53 cases respectively.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group received hand rehabilitation training on the basis of routine nursing.VAS score at 4h,8h and 12h after surgery,swelling score and bleeding rate at 24h after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS score and swelling score of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 4h,8h and 12h after surgery(P<0.05).The bleeding rate of the study group at 24h after surgery was 12.96%,and that of the control group was 22.64%(P>0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative hand movement in patients with coronary intervention via radial artery can reduce the degree of pain and swelling without increasing the risk of bleeding,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
