摘 要:目的:研究血常规与C反应蛋白检测联合检测在成人细菌性肺炎中的诊断价值。方法:择取某院2018年1月~2019年3月期间就诊的27例成人细菌性肺炎患者作为探究组,再择取同期收治的27例成人病毒性肺炎患者与体检的健康者27例分别作为参照1组和参照2组,所有研究对象均接受C反应蛋白与血常规联合检测。结果:探究组患者C反应蛋白水平与白细胞计数值显著高于参照1组与参照2组(t 1=9.6395,P<0.05;t 2=9.0749,P<0.05),参照1组C反应蛋白水平与白细胞计数值略高于参照2组(t=0.8952,P>0.05);探究组C反应蛋白阳性率和白细胞阳性率均高于参照1组和参照2组(χ_(1)^(2)=9.7835,P<0.05;χ_(2)^(2)=9.1937,P<0.05),参照1组C反应蛋白阳性率和白细胞阳性率略高于参照2组(χ^(2)=0.9368,P>0.05)。结论:C反应蛋白与血常规联合检测在诊断成人细菌性肺炎中应用价值较高。Objective:To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of blood routine and C-reactive protein in bacterial pneumonia in adults.Methods:Twenty-seven adult patients with bacterial pneumonia who were admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the inquiry group,and 27 adult patients with viral pneumonia admitted to a hospital in the same period and 27 health patients admitted to a hospital for physical examination were selected as reference group 1 and reference group 2 respectively.All subjects were given combined detection of C-reactive protein and blood routine.Results:C-reactive protein and white blood cell counts in the inquiry group were significantly higher than those in the reference group 1and the reference group 2(t 1=9.6395,P<0.05;t 2=9.0749,P<0.05),and the C-reactive protein and white blood cell counts in the reference group 1 were slightly higher than those in the reference group 2(t=0.8952,P>0.05).The C-reactive protein positive rate and white blood cell positive rate in the inquiry group were higher than those in the reference group 1 and the reference group 2(χ_(1)^(2)=9.7835,P<0.05;χ_(2)^(2)=9.1937,P<0.05),and the C-reactive protein positive rate and white blood cell positive rate in the the reference group 1 were slightly higher than those in the reference group 2(χ^(2)=0.9368,P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of C-reactive protein and blood routine detection has a higher value in the diagnosis of adult bacterial pneumonia.
