超声评价老年心力衰竭左心形态与功能

摘　　要：目的:分析老年心力衰竭患者采用超声检查评价其左心形态、功能。方法:选取2017年12月~2018年12月期间某院收治的老年心力衰竭患者80例,左心室收缩性、舒张性心衰者分别作为收缩组和舒张组各40例,再选同期体检的健康者40例为对照组,均行心脏彩超检查,比较检查结果。结果:LAD、LVD、IVST、PWT、APFV、IRT等各项指标水平方面,收缩组、舒张组均明显高于对照组;而EPFV、LVEF、E/A、CI、DC水平方面,收缩组、舒张组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年心力衰竭行超声检查,可准确评价患者的左心形态、心功能等。Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasonic examination in elderly patients with heart failure,and evaluate the left ventricular shape and function.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2018,80 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to a hospital were divided into systolic group(40 cases)and diastolic group(40 cases)according to the patients with left ventricular systolic and diastolic heart failure.40 healthy subjects were selected as the control group,and all of them were examined by color doppler echocardiography.The inspection results were compared.Results:The levels of LAD,LVD,IVST,PWT,APFV and IRT in systolic group and diastolic group were significantly higher than those in control group,while the levels of EPFV,LVEF,E/A,CI and DC in systolic group and diastolic group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The left heart shape and function of elderly patients with heart failure can be accurately evaluated by echocardiography.
