摘  要:针对某系列VLGC大型运输船,对绿色环保型燃料展开分析,完成全球首例船舶使用液化石油气(LPG)的系统改装设计,使该船主机能使用常规燃油和LPG双燃料驱动。基于LPG研发新增一套供给主机燃料系统,通过研究具体LPG液化、增压、调温、过滤、应急释放、监测、缓冲、控制、减压、吹除、双壁管及其通风等功能配置,提供液化输送的可控和多级安全应急释放保障。该系统突破常规的船用单燃油供给和LNG燃料需汽化后再供给主机模式,实现LPG作为双燃料系统在船舶上首次运用,最终符合DNV GL挪威船级社和IMO国际海事组织要求,在船舶燃料供给系统设计上具有重要意义。For a series of large VLGC carriers,the green and environment-friendly fuel is analyzed,and the system modification design of the first ship using LPG in the world is completed,so that the main engine of the ship can be driven by conventional fuel and LPG dual fuel.Based on LPG,a new fuel supply system is developed to provide controllable and multi-stage emergency release guarantee for liquefied transportation by studying the specific functional configuration of LPG liquefaction,pressurization,temperature regulation,filtration,emergency release,monitoring,buffering,control,decompression,blowing,double-wall pipe and ventilation.The design breaks the conventional marine single fuel supply and LNG fuel vaporization and then supply the main engine mode,realizes the first application of LPG as a dual fuel system in ships,and finally meets the requirements of DNVGL and IMO,and is of milestone significance in the design of marine fuel supply system.
