摘 要:羟基磷灰石(Hydroxyapatite,HAP)作为生物体骨骼和牙齿的主要无机成分,具有良好的生物相容性和生物活性,因此,被广泛的应用于生物医学领域,尤其是在药物传输和骨组织修复及替代方面。由于HAP本身力学性能较差,且在生物领域扩展应用上有一定的差异性,为了得到综合性能优异的HAP生物材料,HAP复合材料及离子掺杂改性是当今研究的重点。主要综述了HAP的制备方法及其在复合和离子掺杂的研究进展,总结了HAP的优缺点,展望了HAP在生物材料领域的发展前景。Hydroxyapatite(HAP),as the main inorganic component of bone and teeth,shows good biocompatibility and bioactivity,therefore,it is widely used in biomedical field,especially in the aspect of drug delivery and bone tissue repair and replacement.Due to the poor mechanical properties of HAP and the differences in the extended application in the biological field,HAP composite materials and ion doping modification have become the current research focus in order to obtain excellent comprehensive properties of HAP biomaterials.The preparation methods of HAP and the research progress in its composite and ion doping were reviewed,the advantages and disadvantages of HAP materials were summarized,and the development prospect of HAP in the field of biomaterials was prospected.
