摘 要:随着社会的不断进步,科技发展日新月异,为更好地满足人们的用水需求,有必要设计一套可靠性高、安全性好、成本低的水塔水位自动控制系统.在水塔水位自动控制系统设计过程中应用西门子S7-1200 PLC,通过编制程序不仅可以满足系统的各项需求,还能够有效提高水塔水位自动控制系统的自动控制能力,后期维护更加便捷、高效.基于此,文章通过总结工厂与住宅用户的用水需求,分析整个系统的控制过程,探究以西门子S7-1200 PLC为基础的水塔水位自动控制系统设计过程,以供参考.With the progress of society and the rapid development of science and technology,in order to better meet people's water needs,it is necessary to design a set of automatic water level control system for water towers with high reliability,good safety and low cost.In the water tower water level automatic control system design process application of Siemens S7-1200 series PLC,through the programming not only to meet the needs of the system,but also can effectively improve the automatic control ability of water tower water level automatic control system,later maintenance is convenient and efficient.Based on this,the paper analyzes the water demand of factory and residential users,analyzes the control process of the whole system,and explores the design process of the automatic water level control system of water tower based on Siemens S7-1200 series PLC.
