摘  要:无机结合料稳定材料应用期间,无侧限抗压强度是关键指标.根据当前对无机结合料稳定材料方面的研究发现,尺寸效应与成型工艺对材料强度有很大影响.此次研究受试验条件的限制,设备方面准备并不充足,因此选择非标准尺寸试件作为试验研究对象.试验之前已经对研究规范进行了充分了解,其中并没有明确强度换算方面的内容,成型方法中为了保证试验研究的准确性,采取静压成型,要求压实度必须不小于97%.此次试验针对传统测试中的脱节问题进行改善,利用无机结合料稳定材料的研究,加大天然集料、再生集料的研究力度,从试件尺寸以及成型处理等方面,客观分析无机结合料稳定材料无侧限抗压强度,并对尺寸效应、成型工艺方面的机理进行详细研究,希望文章研究能为相关人员提供参考与借鉴.During the application of inorganic binder stabilized materials,unconfined compressive strength is the key index.According to the current research on inorganic binder stabilized materials,the size effect and molding process have a great influence on the strength of materials.Due to the limitation of experimental conditions and insufficient equipment preparation,the non-standard size specimens were selected as the experimental research objects.In order to ensure the accuracy of the experimental study,static pressure forming is the most ideal method.It is required that the compactness must be≥97%.In this experiment,the disjunction in the traditional test is improved,the research on the inorganic binder stabilized material is used,the research on natural aggregate and recycled aggregate is strengthened,the unconfined pressure resistance of the inorganic binder stabilized material is objectively analyzed from the aspects of specimen size and molding treatment,and the mechanism of size effect and molding process is studied in detail.
