摘  要:木屑是灰树花主要栽培基质,为缓解菌林矛盾,以芦苇、五节芒、斑茅和芒萁为栽培基质,以灰树花子实体产量为考核指标,通过混料设计优化灰树花培养基配方,以期能筛选替代木屑基质的栽培基质和最佳配方。结果表明,五节芒和芒萁通过合适配比,可以替代木屑栽培灰树花;最佳配方为45%五节芒、30%芒萁、5%麦麸,18%玉米粉、2%石膏,平均每袋产量为130.28 g,与对照配方平均每袋产量(130.47 g)持平。Sawdust is the main culture medium of Grifola frondosa. To alleviate the contradiction between fungi and forests, the medium formula of G. frondosa was optimized through mixed material design with Phragmitas communis, Miscanthus floridulus, Saccharum arundinaceum and Dicranopteris dichotoma, and the yield of G.frondosa fruiting bodies was used as the assessment index, so as to screen the cultivation substrate and the best formula that could replace the sawdust substrate. The result showed that the appropriate proportion of Miscanthus floridulus and Dicranopteris dichotoma could replace sawdust to cultivate G. frondosa. The best formula was 45% Miscanthus floridulus, 30% Dicranopteris dichotoma, 5% wheat bran, 18% corn flour, and 2%gypsum, and the average yield per bag was 130.28 g, which was the same as that of the control formula(130.47 g).
