摘  要:电子时间引信是现代炮弹引信的重要组成之一,引信中的定时器精度是时间引信的一个重要技术指标。装定电子时间引信使炮弹在预定高度空炸,需要测量炮弹从出膛到起爆前炮弹的飞行时间。炮弹的出膛和定点起爆都需要火药爆炸,火药爆炸时会对外辐射出大量红外线电波,在膛口和炸点附近加装红外检测装置即可测量炮弹从出膛到炸点的飞行时间。采用单片机结合红外检测装置组成测量系统,具有布线简便、操作安全、测量精度高等优点。系统采用仿真信号源进行测试,时间测量误差不大于0.1 ms,满足时间引信装定要求。The electronic time fuze is one of the important components of modern artillery fuzes.The accuracy of the timer in the fuze is an important technical indicator of the time fuze.To set the electronic time fuze to make the shell explode at a predetermined height,it is necessary to measure the flight time of the shell from the time it exits the chamber to before it detonates.Both the ejection of the shell and the fixed point detonation require gunpowder explosion.When the gunpowder explodes,a large amount of infrared radio waves will be radiated.Infrared detection devices can be installed near the muzzle and the explosion point to measure the flight time of the shell from the chamber to the explosion point.The design uses a single⁃chip microcomputer combined with an infrared detection device to form a measurement system,which has the advantages of simple wiring,safe operation and high measurement accuracy.The system adopts simulation signal source for testing,and the time measurement error is not more than 0.1 ms,which meets the setting requirements of the time fuze.
