摘  要:基于传统档案管理中经常遇到的档案易丢失、易损坏、不宜查询、外调难度大等问题,结合现代信息化在档案管理中的运用及完善,提出了基于用户自定义结构的电子档案管理系统。通过分析系统的功能需求,提出了文档信息、目录信息、文档结构信息管理和查询等理论功能框架;以系统的功能需求实现系统设计,将Web技术作为基础,保证系统信息的安全性,使系统信息安全成本降低。在系统设计过程中,主要包括登录模块、数据录入、设置权限模块、业务流程、查询检索模块、系统配置;通过各模块设计实现系统功能。通过系统实际应用发现,文中所设计的基于用户自定义结构的电子档案管理系统能够简化传统档案人工管理的流程,降低档案管理难度。Based on the problems of archives easily lost,damaged,not suitable to query and difficult to transfer out in traditional archives management,combined with the application and improvement of modern informatization in archives management,an electronic archives management system based on user⁃defined structure is proposed.Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the system,the theoretical functional framework of document information,directory information,document structure information management and query is proposed.The system design is realized based on the functional requirements of the system,and the web technology is taken as the basis to ensure the security of system information and reduce the cost of system information security.In the process of system design,it mainly includes login module,data entry module,authority setting module,business process,query and retrieval module,system configuration;System functions are realized through the design of each module.Through the actual use of the system,it is found that the electronic archives management system based on user⁃defined structure designed in this paper can simplify the manual management process of traditional archives and reduce the difficulty of archives management.
