鼻窦内窥镜术辅助低剂量克拉霉素治疗对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者血清TIgE、ECP及炎性因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(CRP)的患者,采取鼻窦内窥镜术+低剂量克拉霉素治疗对血清总IgE抗体(TIgE)、嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)炎性因子的影响。方法:选取140例CRS患者并按随机数字表法分成试验组与对照组各70例,对照组单纯应用鼻窦内窥镜术治疗,试验组则在对照组手术治疗基础上,术后应用低剂量克拉霉素治疗,对比两组治疗前后血清相关指标变化情况。结果:治疗后两组患者血清TIgE、ECP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平均较治疗前降低,且试验组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用鼻窦内窥镜术辅助低剂量克拉霉素治疗CRS的效果满意,值得推广。Objective To study of chronic nasal sinusitis patients(CRP),treated with endoscopic sinus surgery plus low dose clarithromycin for serum total IgE antibody(TIgE),acidophil cationic protein(ECP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)the influence of inflammatory cytokines.Method 140 patients with CRS were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table,70 patients in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery alone,while the experimental group was treated with low-dose clariomycin postoperatively on the basis of the surgical treatment in the control group.The changes of serum related indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,serum TIgE,ECP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of low dose clarithromycin assisted by sinus endoscopy in the treatment of CRS is satisfactory and worth popularizing.
