术中保温措施联合加温冲洗液对前列腺电切术患者膀胱痉挛、膀胱出血的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析术中保温措施联合加温冲洗液对前列腺电切术患者膀胱痉挛、膀胱出血的影响。方法:选取2018年8月~2020年8月住院治疗的102例TURP(经尿道前列腺电切术)患者,以单盲随机抽样法分组(每组病例数共计41例),参照组采纳传统护理,试验组在参照组基础上采纳术中保温措施联合加温冲洗液,对比两组不同时间点体温、寒战发生率、并发症发生率、苏醒时间、拔管时间。结果:试验组术中30min、术后30min体温均高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组寒战发生率(2.44%)、并发症发生率(4.88%)均低于参照组(19.51%、21.95%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组苏醒时间、拔管时间均短于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术中保温措施联合加温冲洗液可有效预防前列腺电切术患者术中、术后低体温,降低膀胱痉挛、膀胱出血等并发症发生率,缩短苏醒、拔管时间,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the effects of intraoperative heat preservation measures combined with warming irrigation fluid on bladder spasm and bladder hemorrhage in patients undergoing prostate resection.Method 102 TURP(transurethral resection of the prostate)patients who were hospitalized in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2020 were selected and grouped by single-blind random sampling(a total of 41 cases in each group),the reference group Adopting traditional nursing care,the experimental group adopted intraoperative heat preservation measures combined with warming irrigation fluid on the basis of the reference group,and compared the body temperature,the incidence of chills,the incidence of complications,the recovery time,and the time of extubation between the two groups at different time points.Results The body temperature of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group at 30 minutes and 30 minutes after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of chills(2.44%)and the incidence of complications(4.88%)in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group(19.51%,21.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time and extubation time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative heat preservation measures combined with warming and washing fluid can effectively prevent intraoperative and postoperative hypothermia of patients undergoing resection of the prostate,reduce the incidence of complications such as bladder spasm and bladder hemorrhage,and shorten the time of recovery and extubation.It is worth learning.
