低体温护理在腹腔镜直肠癌术中对低体温患者的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析两种护理干预措施在腹腔镜直肠癌术中对低体温患者护理的效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2020年1月期间收治的80例腹腔镜直肠癌手术患者为例,根据护理方法的不同分为对照组(常规手术室护理)和观察组(常规手术室护理+低体温护理),比较两组护理结果。结果:组间不同时间点鼻咽温度对比,观察组术中、术毕两个时间点的鼻咽温度均高于对照组;两组患者寒战发生率对比,观察组寒战发生率(2.5%)明显低于对照组(20.0%);组间护理满意度比较,观察组护理满意度(97.5%)明显高于对照组(82.5%);两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种护理干预措施在腹腔镜直肠癌术中低体温患者护理的应用效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effect of hypothermia nursing in laparoscopic rectal cancer patients operating room.Method 80 patients with laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group(routine operating room nursing)and observation group(routine operating room nursing+hypothermia Nursing)according to different nursing methods.The nursing results of two groups were compared.Results Compared the nasopharyngeal temperature at different time points between the groups,the nasopharyngeal temperature in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at two time points;the incidence of shivering in the observation group was 2.5%,which was significantly lower than 20.0%in the control group;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%,which was significantly higher than 82.5%of the control group;the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of hypothermia nursing in laparoscopic rectal cancer operation room is significant,which is worthy of promotion.
