基于外科专科分组联合互联网平台的手术室新型冠状病毒肺炎防控应急培训策略研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于外科专科分组联合互联网平台的新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)防控应急培训策略在手术室护理人员培训中的应用效果。方法:根据急诊手术收治类型和手术配合需求,将121名手术室护士分为五个专业组,从术前准备、术中配合及医护人员防护、术后处理三个模块开展了基于互联网平台的新冠肺炎防控应急理论知识培训和线上线下相结合的操作培训。结果:各专科组护理人员参加培训后理论考核的成绩高于培训前成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);培训后手术室护理人员首次操作考核合格率为95.04%;手术室护理人员对培训内容设置、培训形式、培训频率、培训效果四个维度的满意度分别达到99.17%、92.56%、84.30%、95.87%。结论:基于外科专科分组联合互联网平台的新冠肺炎防控应急培训策略培训效果良好,提高了新冠肺炎疫情防控期间医生、护士、麻醉师三方配合质量,有利于增强手术室护理人员应急防护能力和应对突发卫生公共事件的能力。Objective To explore the application effect of emergency training strategies for the prevention and control of Coronavirus Disease 2019 based on surgical specialties grouping and the Internet platform in the training of operating room.Method According to the types of emergency surgery admissions and the needs of surgery cooperation,121 operating room nurseswere divided into five professional groups,which were carried out in three modules:preoperative preparation,intraoperative cooperation,protection of medical staff,and postoperative treatment.The theoretical knowledge training of Coronavirus Disease 2019 prevention and control emergency were based on the Internet platform and the combination of online and offline operation training.Results After participating in the training,the scores of the operatingroomnurses in each specialty group in the theoretical assessment using the DingTalk software question bank were higher than those before the training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);the pass rate of the operating room nurses after the first training was 95.04%;the satisfaction of the operating room nurses on the four dimensions of training content,training form,training frequency,and training effect reached 99.17%,92.56%,84.30%,and 95.87%respectively.Conclusion The emergency training strategy for the prevention and control of Coronavirus Disease 2019 based on surgical specialties grouping and the Internet platform has a good effect.It has improved the quality of the tripartite cooperation between medical care and anesthesia during the prevention and control of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 and the ability to issue health public relations incidents.
