摘　　要：介绍两级墨盒压力控制技术如何应用于印制电路板用字符喷印机、提升字符喷印机的喷印品质。该两级墨盒压力控制技术通过两级墨盒的运用加上精确的压力控制,解决了字符喷印机普遍存在的供墨不足等问题,可以实现机器在喷印过程中稳定、高精度的供墨,从而解决了飞墨、散墨以及小字、白油块喷印效果差等问题,提升了喷印品质。This article introduces how two-stage ink cartridge pressure control technology is applied to Legend Inkjet Printer for circuit boards and how to improve the printing quality of the Legend Inkjet Printer.This two stages ink cartridge pressure control technology uses two-stage ink cartridges and precise pressure control to solve the current ink supply shortage,which can realize the stable and high-precision ink supply of machine during printing,thereby solve the problems of flying ink,scattered ink,small print,the poor printing effect of the white oil bloc,so that to improve the printing quality.
