摘  要:锂电池保护板主要是针对可充电起保护作用的电路板。焊盘内阻对锂电池有非常重要的影响,内阻高放电时电池发热会严重,过程中损耗功率也高。传统的测量锂电池保护板的方法都是采用低阻测量仪进行手动低效率的检测,而本文主要阐述如何通过建立资料运用四线测试机进行焊盘点对点的快速检测通过电流时的阻值,并且可以导出测量数据表格便于快速判读和分析。Lithium battery protection board is mainly for rechargeable circuit board.The internal resistance of pad has a very important influence on lithium battery.When the internal resistance is high,the battery will heat seriously and the power loss is high.The traditional method of measuring the lithium battery protection board is to use the low resistance measuring instrument for manual low efficiency detection.This paper mainly describes how to use the four wire testing machine to quickly detect the resistance value when passing the current by establishing the data,and can export the measurement data table to facilitate rapid interpretation and analysis.
