家庭养育方式与学龄前儿童电子屏幕暴露的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭养育方式与学龄前儿童电子屏幕暴露的相关性。方法:2021年2月—3月,采用横断面调查研究的方式,设计调查问卷,发送电子二维码给被调查监护人,对2113名学龄前儿童进行电子屏幕暴露调查,并根据暴露时间分为低暴露组(每日<1 h)和高暴露组(每日≥1 h)。结果:家庭养育孩子数量多、家庭为三代及以上家庭、父母受教育程度为高中或以下、被调查儿童在家庭中为非独生子女、母亲担当日常照护人的儿童,其电子屏幕暴露时间较长(P<0.05)。此外,父母对儿童使用电子产品的态度为权威、专制性使用,其电子屏幕暴露时间较短,而父母中立态度、听任自然的宽容式态度,使得儿童的电子屏幕暴露时间较长(P<0.05)。结论:长时间的电子屏幕暴露表明亲子关系有问题,应积极建立好的亲子关系以避免学龄前儿童过度使用电子产品。Objective To explore the relationship between parenting styles and screen time exposure in preschool children.Methods From February to March 2021,a cross-sectional survey was introduced and electronic QR code was sent to guardians to investigate electronic screen exposure,2113 preschool children were enrolled and divided into low-exposure groups according to exposure time(<1 hour per day)And high exposure group(≥2 hours per day).Results Increased number of children,increased household sizes,mothers and fathers had lower educational levels,birth order≥2,and mother as home-based care were all associated with statistically significantly higher risk in the excessive screen exposure group than in the low screen exposure group(all P values were<0.05).Mothers’high authoritative and authoritarian scores were associated with low screen exposure,while neutral attitude and permissive parenting subscale scores were related to excessive screen exposure(all P values were<0.05).Conclusions Excessive screen time exposure may indicate a problematic parent-child relationship.Establishing a good parent-child relationship can be an effective way of managing screen time exposure in preschool children.
