摘  要:目的:探讨高烧灵验方对酵母致热大鼠的解热作用机制。方法:于2019年11月—2020年1月,通过采用20%的酵母悬液背部皮下注射法复制大鼠发热模型,观察高烧灵验方对发热大鼠直肠温度的影响,酶联免疫法检测大鼠血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及下丘脑环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量。结果:模型组大鼠的体温均显著高于正常对照组,表明成功建立大鼠发热模型;高烧灵验方中、高剂量组和阿司匹林组有显著解热效果,且均可降低大鼠血浆中IL-1β、IL-6和下丘脑中PGE2的含量,与模型组对比均有显著差异(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:对酵母致发热大鼠有明显的退热作用,其作用可能与下调血清IL-1β、IL-6及下丘脑PGE2、cAMP水平有关。Objective To investigate the antipyretic effect of Gaoshao Lingyan Prescription on yeast-induced febris rats.Methods From November 2019 to January 2020,the author’s team replicated the fever rats models by subcutaneous injection of 20%yeast suspension on the back,the antipyretic activity of water decoction to the rectal temperature(Tr)responses was observed in both normothermia and fever rats induced by dry yeast.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine the levels of serum IL-1β,IL-6 and the cAMP and PGE2 in hypothalamus.Results The body temperature of the rats in the model group was significantly higher than that in the blank control group,indicating fever in the rat model was successfully established.The middle and high dose groups of Gaoshao Lingyan Prescription and aspirin group had significant antipyretic effect,and reduced the content of rat plasama IL-1β,IL-6 and PGE2 in the hypothalamus significantly(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Gaoshao Lingyan Prescription had an obvious antipyretic tendency for yeast type fever rats.Its mechanism might be related to down level of IL-1βand IL-6 on the serum and PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamic.
