摘　　要：中国共产党领导居民消费发展的历史逻辑是伴随经济发展的自发式升级与自觉式消费调控相交融;理论逻辑是坚持马克思主义方法论与时代发展命题相呼应;现实逻辑是以人民为中心的价值取向与消费现实问题相结合。这为促进居民消费高质量发展提供了重要启示:坚持以社会主要矛盾转化为依据,推动居民消费持续稳定发展;遵循生产与消费的辩证关系,推动居民消费动态平衡发展;秉承实现共同富裕的历史使命,推动居民共享消费发展成果。在全面建成社会主义现代化新征程中,迈向共同富裕的居民消费发展,其着力点在于:破除“共同”阻碍,推进居民消费均衡发展;增加“富裕”广度,加速居民消费增量扩容;提升“富裕”深度,着力居民消费提质增效。The research on the 100-year residents'consumption under the leadership of the CPC found that,the historical logic of the evolution of residents'consumption is the fusion of spontaneous upgrading in economic development and government's macroeconomic control.And the theoretical logic works in concert with both Marxist methodology and specific proposition of times.And the realistic logic is the combination of people-centered value orientation and consumption reality.This provides important enlightenments for promoting the high-quality development of residents'consumption:The first is constantly working on the main contradiction in society to promote the sustainable and stable development of residents'consumption.The second is to follow the dialectical rule between production and consumption to promote the dynamic and balanced development of residents'consumption.The third is to uphold the historical mission of achieving common prosperity and to promote the sharing of development gains of residents'consumption.In the process of comprehensive modernization in socialism and common prosperity,its main focus is:firstly,to break the"common"obstacles by promoting parity consumption.Secondly,to increase the breadth of"prosperity"by accelerating the expansion of residents'consumption.Finally,to enhance the depth of"prosperity"by improving the quality and efficiency of residents'consumption.
