摘 要:针对潜艇动力舱段隔声问题,基于阻抗失配原理提出气垫舱段隔声结构形式;围绕气垫结构物理模型与统计能量法模型建立,气垫隔声效果验证、气垫设计参数影响规律这几个方面,开展气垫结构隔声性能研究。本文利用商用软件VA One数值计算耐压壳体受到单位白噪声激励后SIF声压随频率的变化曲线,通过控制变量法,一方面验证了气垫结构优良的隔声性能,另一方面掌握了气垫结构设计参数(包括轻壳体结构与厚度,空气层厚度,下潜深度,敷设吸声材料)对隔声性能的影响规律,为潜艇的机械噪声控制提供有力支撑。Aiming at the sound insulation problem of the power cabin submarine,based on the impedance mismatch principle,the sound insulation structure of the air cushion compartment is proposed.Focusing on the establishment of the physical model of the air cushion structure and the statistical energy analysis model,the verification of the air cushion sound insulation effect,and the influence law of the air cushion design parameters,the research on the sound insulation performance of the air cushion structure.In this paper,the commercial software VA One is used to numerically calculate the SIF sound pressure change curve with frequency after the pressure-resistant shell is excited by unit white noise.The control variable method is used to verify the excellent insulation of the air cushion structure.Acoustic performance,on the other hand,it has mastered the influence of air cushion structure design parameters(including light exostructure structure and thickness,air layer thickness,diving depth,laying of sound-absorbing materials)on sound insulation performance,providing strong support for submarine mechanical noise control.
