摘　　要：保险粉(连二亚硫酸钠)作为一种强还原剂,在造纸、食品、医药等行业是不可替代的化工助剂。未来全球保险粉的需求增长空间巨大,具有良好的市场前景。全国保险粉的年产量大约有60万t,每生产1t保险粉需排放盐析废水8t,废水排放量急剧增加,并且保险粉产业排放的废水中COD浓度很高,污染物种类繁多,这些废水可生化性差,处理难度大,会对土壤及地下水系统产生严重的影响。文章设计的设备针对保险粉生产过程中产生的高浓度有机废水进行臭氧+紫外光的高级氧化处理,能够利用对保险粉废水的进一步处理提高该废水的可生化降解性,使其达到排放标准。As a strong reducing agent,sodium hydrosulfite(sodium dithionite)is an irreplaceable chemical additive in papermaking,food,pharmaceutical and other industries.In the future,the global demand for insurance powder has huge room for growth and has a good market prospect.The national annual output of sulphur powder is about 600,000 tons.Every 1 ton of sulphur powder needs to discharge 8 tons of salting-out wastewater.The amount of wastewater discharge has increased sharply,and the COD concentration in the wastewater discharged by the sulphur powder industry is very high,and there are many types of pollutants.Poor biochemical performance and difficult treatment,which will have a serious impact on the soil and groundwater system.This equipment performs advanced oxidation treatment of ozone+ultraviolet light for the high-concentration organic wastewater generated during the production of sulphur powder,which can take advantage of the further treatment of the sulphur powder wastewater.Treatment to improve the biodegradability of the wastewater and make it meet the discharge standard.
