摘 要:选择黄心土、腐殖土、腐熟的马尾松树皮三种基质,采用随机区组试验设计,用1年生播种苗开展1年的盆栽基质试验。结果表明:虎舌红幼苗喜好酸性基质,pH值在4.5~6之间都能良好生长;黄心土有利于虎舌红地上部分生长,平均苗高达到6.25 cm;腐殖土有利于虎舌红地下部分生长,其苗木总干物质积累最多达到1.16 g;腐殖土培育的虎舌红幼苗茎根比在所有基质中最小,对于苗木质量的提高有一定优势。在虎舌红育苗基质的选择中,建议选择保水性较好,营养成分高且病虫害少的材料。Three kinds of substrates,i.e.,yellow core soil,humus soil and decomposed massoniana bark have been selected to carry out pot experiments with 1-year-old seedlings by random block design for 1 year.The results showed that the seedlings of Ardisia mamillata preferred acidic substrate and grew well when pH value was between 4.5 and 6;The yellow core soil was beneficial to the growth of the aboveground part of Ardisia mamillata,and the average height was 6.25 cm;Humus soil was beneficial to the growth of the underground part of Ardisia mamillata,and the total dry matter accumulation of the seedlings was up to 1.16g;The ratio of stem to root in humus soil was the smallest in all the substrates,which had certain advantages for improving the quality of seedlings.It was suggested that the substrates with better water retention,high nutrient content and less diseases and insect pests should be selected.
