摘  要:通过野外调查取样和室内试验相结合的方法,研究不同类型消落带沿不同海拔高度的植物群落特征、土壤种子库的数量特征、物种组成、多样性特征及其与地上植被的相关性。结果表明:(1)4种类型消落带地上植被共调查到115种物种,隶属于43科。优势比较明显的是菊科占19%,禾本科占11%。(2)4种类型消落带沿海拔高度土壤种子库平均密度在313~2424粒/m^(2),表现为未淹带>高水位带>中水位带>低水位带。(3)4种类型消落带土壤种子库共萌发出76种物种,隶属于31科。萌发最多的物种是菊科占25%,其次是禾本科占11%。(4)土壤种子库与地上植被共有物种数为68种,Sorensen相似性系数为70.20%,Jaccard相似性系数为55.28%,相似性较高。(5)不同海拔高度地上植被及土壤种子库的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数、Margalef丰富度指数和Pielou均匀度指数随着海拔高度升高而升高,Simpson优势度指数逐渐降低。地上植被除Simpson优势度指数明显大于土壤种子库外,其余的指数均小于土壤种子库。In this paper,the characteristics of plant community,the quantitative characteristics of soil seed bank,species composition,diversity and its relationships with vegetation in different types of hydro-fluctuation belts extending at different altitudes were studied by means of field investigation and indoor experiment.The results showed that 115 species vegetation belonging to 43 families were investigated in the four types of hydro-fluctuation belts.The dominant species were Compositae(19%)and Gramineae(11%).The average density of soil seed bank in the four types of hydro-fluctuation belts was 313-2424 seeds/m^(2) along the altitude,which showed the following characteristics:unflooded zone>high water level zone>middle water level zone>low water level zone.76 species,belonging to 31 families,sprouted from soil seed banks of four types of fluctuating zones.Compositae was the most germinating species,accounting for 25%,followed by Gramineae,accounting for 11%.There were 68 species in the soil seed bank and aboveground vegetation,with Sorensen similarity coefficient of 70.20%and Jaccard similarity coefficient of 55.28%.Shannon Wiener diversity index,Margalef richness index and Pielou evenness index of aboveground vegetation and soil seed bank at different altitudes increased with the increase of altitude,while Simpson dominance index decreased gradually.The Simpson dominance index of aboveground vegetation was significantly higher than that of soil seed bank,and all the other indexes were lower than that of soil seed bank.
