乌鲁木齐女性白领休闲行为的职业差异及影响因素

摘　　要：以乌鲁木齐女性白领这一特殊群体作为研究对象,通过问卷调查进行定性、定量分析,从女性白领休闲的“目的、时间、消费、方式、同伴”5个方面进行探究,分析女性白领因职业差异所呈现出的不同休闲特征,筛选女性白领休闲方式的影响因素.结果表明,女性白领多选择以“放松身心、怡情养性”为休闲目的,休闲方式以“参观访问、健身、看电影”为主,休闲行为较为单一,户外休闲意识较弱;休闲时间和收入水平对当下女性白领的休闲消费起主导作用,休闲同伴均以“家人”或“朋友”为最佳选择;对女性白领休闲行为影响最大的因素为“个人社会经济”及“休闲服务”.通过构建完善的“城市休闲化”体系、培养女性白领积极休闲观、创新开发休闲产品和服务、提高自身休闲意识,从“政府、社会、企业、个人”4个层面提升乌鲁木齐女性白领的休闲水平.Taking the special group of female white-collar workers in Urumqi as a research object,this paper makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis through a questionnaire survey,and probes into female white-collar leisure from the five aspects of“purpose,time,consumption,way and companion”.This paper analyzes the different characteristics of female white-collar workers due to occupational differences.To screen the influencing factors of female white-collar workers'leisure style.the results show that most female white-collar workers choose“relaxing body and mind”as their leisure purpose,and their leisure style is mainly“visiting,fitness and watching movies”.Their leisure behavior is relatively simple and their outdoor leisure consciousness is weak.Leisure time and income level play a leading role in the leisure consumption of female white-collar workers.Leisure companions take“family”or“friends”as the best choice.The factors that have the greatest influence on the leisure behavior of female white-collar workers are“personal social economy”and“leisure service”.By constructing a perfect“urban leisure”system,cultivating the positive leisure concept of female white-collar workers,innovating and developing leisure products and services,and improving their own leisure consciousness,we can improve the leisure level of female white-collar workers in Urumqi from the four aspects of“government,society,enterprises and individuals”.
