摘 要:本文首先介绍了太极拳运动开展的重要意义,之后分别从通过太极拳传统文化对大学生文化传承责任感进行培育、促进大学生独立自主能力的提升、促进新时代大学生人际关系的改善、促进大学生创新能力的发展、对大学生意志品质进行培养、对大学生团队协作意识和能力加以锤炼六个方面提出了太极拳运动对新时代大学生健康人格培养的路径。This paper first introduces the significance of taijiquan(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)movement,and then through the traditional culture of taijiquan to cultivate the sense of responsibility for cultural inheritance of college students.Through taijiquan,the independent ability of college students is promoted,and their interpersonal relations in new era are improved,their innovation ability is developed,students’mental quality is also cultivated,and the awareness and ability of team-work is also strengthened.The path for cultivating healthy personality of university students through taijiquan movement in new era is therefore proposed from six aspects mentioned above.
