摘  要:不动管柱多级压裂技术一般采用逐级缩径投球滑套,使压裂级数和排量受到限制,难于满足多级、大排量压裂井的需求。提出周向分级设计理念,通过配合使用隼翼开关和隼槽式喷砂封隔器实现压裂油管内无缩径节流;采用数值模拟方法优选出弧形挡板导流结构;通过对工具内部流道结构的数值模拟,得到适用于隼槽式滑套结构的携砂液压力损失计算公式。现场试验结果表明增加弧形挡板导流结构滑套内部只有轻微冲蚀,提高了工具的抗冲蚀能力;计算公式与现场测试得到的压力损失结果相对误差最大值为13.26%,可以便于工程应用;以逐级全通径滑套工具为主,并通过配套工具及工艺技术的研究,实现了压裂级数和排量的提升,为全通径不动管柱多级压裂提供了一项新技术。In multiple fracturing using immobile string,ball-throwing sliding sleeves are normally adopted with progressively reduced ball diameter,which can limit the number of fracturing stages and the pumping rate of fracturing fluid,restricting multi-stage and large-scale of well-fracturing.In this paper,the design concept of"circumferential grading"was put forward.With the use of the falcon wing switch and the sandblast packer with falcon groove,the non-shrinking throttling in the fracturing tubing was realized.The arc-shaped baffle diversion structure was optimized by the numerical simulation method.Through the numerical simulation of the inner flow channel structure of the tool,a calculation formula for the pressure loss of the sand-carrying liquid suitable for the sliding sleeve structure was obtained.The field test results show that there is only slight erosion inside the sliding sleeve with arc baffle guide structure,which improves the anti-erosion ability of the tool.The maximum value of the relative error between the calculation formula and the pressure loss result obtained from the field test is 13.26%,which is convenient for engineering application.Based on the stepwise full-bore falcon groove sliding sleeve tools,through the research of supporting tools and process technology,the fracturing stage and displacement had been improved,which provided a new technology for multistage fracturing with the full-bore immobile string.
