摘  要:通过水热法制备氧化铁纳米棒阵列,用溶胶-凝胶法旋涂铁酸铋对纳米棒阵列进行修饰,以半导体复合的方式提高Fe_(2)O_(3)的光电化学性能;采用XRD、SEM对复合材料进行物相、形貌表征,通过电化学工作站测试复合材料的线性伏安曲线,交流阻抗;考察复合材料光电化学性能的增强机制。结果表明氧化铁与铁酸铋复合的最佳退火温度为600℃,在该温度时,载流子浓度、光电流密度明显增大;室温下Fe_(2)O_(3)复合3层BiFeO_(3)的光电化学性能最好,光响应电流密度可以达到0.018 mA/cm^(2),比Fe_(2)O_(3)提高1.8倍;在90℃时Fe_(2)O_(3)复合3层BiFeO_(3)样品的光电化学性能最好,电流密度为0.028 mA/cm^(2),比室温时的光响应电流密度增大1倍;外加20 V电场极化时,BiFeO_(3)铁电材料复合可显著提高复合材料的光电化学性能。Iron oxide nanorod array was prepared by hydrothermal method,which was then modified by spin-coating of bismuth ferrite sol-gel solution.And the photoelectrochemical performance of Fe_(2)O_(3) was greatly improved due to the semiconductor composition.The phase and morphology were characterized by XRD and SEM.The linear volt-ampere curves and AC impedance of the composites were tested by electrochemical workstation.The enhancement mechanism of photoelectrochemical properties of composites was investigated.The results show that the optimal annealing temperature of Fe_(2)O_(3)/BiFeO_(3) composite is 600℃.At this temperature,the carrier concentration and photocurrent density increase obviously.At room temperature,the 3 layers BiFeO_(3) presents the best photoelectrochemical properties,and the photo-current density reaches 0.018 mA/cm^(2),which is 1.8 times higher than Fe_(2)O_(3).At 90℃,the 3 layers BiFeO_(3) has the best photoelectrochemical performance,and the current density is 0.028 mA/cm^(2),which is 1 times higher than the light response current density at room temperature.Ferroelectric polarization(20 V)improves the photoelectrochemical performance of the composite.
