摘　　要：华阳集团二矿选煤厂为提高末煤产品装车合格率,降低产品质量过剩,降低人工劳动强度,提高经济效益,提出了精准配煤工艺升级改造工程方案;拟通过增加煤质在线监测技术和计量监测技术及配套的配煤控制系统等来实现生产实时在线配煤,从而稳定产品质量,增强企业的抗风险能力。In order to improve the loading qualification rate of fine coal products,reduce product quality surplus,reduce labor intensity and improve economic benefits,the coal preparation plant of No.2 mine of Huayang group puts forward the upgrading and transformation project scheme of precision coal blending process;It is proposed to realize real-time online coal blending in production by adding coal quality online monitoring technology,metering monitoring technology and supporting coal blending control system,so as to stabilize product quality and enhance the anti risk ability of the enterprise.
