摘　　要：分析了羊场湾选煤厂末煤水洗系统煤泥水管路存在的问题,通过对改造措施及改造效果的整理,总结出选煤厂煤泥水管路设置、改造过程中的注意事项,并重点针对泵—池间管路、室外管路、压滤浓缩管路如何避免回流、冻结、液位失衡等问题进行了分析。This paper analyzes the problematic issues with the slime water pipeline of the final coal water washing system in Yangchangwan Coal Preparation Plant,summarizes the matters needing attention in the setting and retrofitting of the slime water pipeline in the coal preparation plant,and focuses on avoiding back-flow,freezing and liquid level imbalance in the pump-pool pipe,outdoor pipe and pressure filtration concentration pipe.
