摘  要:针对目前资源型城市脆弱性研究角度和研究对象单一导致研究成果缺乏对比性的问题,以淮南、铜陵和马鞍山市为例,从“资源-生态环境-经济-社会”角度,构建矿产资源型城市综合脆弱性评价指标体系,采用熵值法和综合指数评价法对其各子系统和综合脆弱性动态演变特征进行研究。结果表明:(1)2007-2017年淮南市、铜陵市和马鞍山市综合脆弱性及各子系统脆弱性均呈下降趋势,其脆弱性等级均由较强脆弱度向较低脆弱度过渡;(2)2007~2017年淮南市、铜陵市和马鞍山市各子系统脆弱性中社会脆弱性均最大,其次均为经济脆弱性和生态环境脆弱性,资源脆弱性均最小;(3)从综合脆弱性下降幅度来看,马鞍山市综合脆弱性指数下降幅度最大,淮南市次之,铜陵市最小;从各子系统脆弱性下降幅度来看,三个城市社会脆弱性下降幅度均最大,经济脆弱性下降幅度均最小。该研究为丰富资源型城市脆弱性理论、资源型城市绿色转型和可持续发展提供科学依据。In view of the lack of comparison of research results due to the single research perspective and research object of Resource-based City vulnerability,taking Huainan,Tongling and Maanshan as examples,the Multipurpose vulnerability evaluation index system of mineral resource-based city is constructed from the perspective of"resources,ecological environment,economy and society".Entropy method and Multipurpose index evaluation method are used to evaluate each subsystem and Multipurpose vulnerability dynamics The characteristics of evolution were studied.The results show that:(1)from 2007 to 2017,the vulnerability of Huainan,Tongling,Ma'anshan and their subsystems declined,and their vulnerability levels were all transiting from strong vulnerability to low vulnerability;(2)from 2007 to 2017,the vulnerability of each subsystem in Huainan,Tongling and Ma'anshan was the highest,followed by economic vulnerability and ecological environment vulnerability Weak,resource vulnerability is the smallest;(3)from the perspective of Multipurpose vulnerability,Ma'anshan City has the largest decline in Multipurpose vulnerability index,followed by Huainan City and Tongling City;from the perspective of the decline in vulnerability of each subsystem,the decline in social vulnerability of the three cities is the largest,and the decline in economic vulnerability is the smallest.This study provides a scientific basis for enriching the vulnerability theory of resource-based cities,green transformation and sustainable development of resource-based cities.
