摘 要:研究了RKEF法镍铁不锈钢一体化生产线产生的高炉镍铁渣、电炉镍铁渣、不锈钢精炼混合渣的粉磨特性、用作掺合料对胶砂流动度、活性指数的影响,在此基础上通过复掺混合粉磨制备复合掺合料,以期实现不锈钢精炼混合渣的利用。结果表明,当配合比为精炼渣:电炉渣:高炉渣为4:3:3时,制备的复合掺合料性能最佳,其胶砂流动度比为103%,7 d活性指数为81%,28 d活性指数为88%,可达到行业标准JG/T486中普通型Ⅱ级复合掺合料的技术要求。In this paper,the grinding characteristics of blast furnace ferronickel slag,electric furnace ferronickel slag,and mixed stainless steel refining slag generated during the RKEF(Rotary Kiln Electric Furnace)ferronickel or stainless steel smelting process were studied,the influences of grinded slag powder applied as admixture on mortar fluidity and activity index were studied.The multipurpose utilization of mixed stainless steel refining slag in the form of compound admixture was achieved via mixed grinding technology.The research results indicated the optimum performance of the prepared admixture was obtained when the mixing ratio is 4:3:3 for the mixed stainless steel refining slag:electric furnace ferronickel slag:blast furnace ferronickel slag.The flow rate,7 d and 28 d activity index of mortar prepared with the admixture is 103%,81%and 88%respectively,which meets the related requirements in industry standard JG/T486 as type II compound admixture.
