摘  要:以辽宁某鞍山式沉积变质铁精矿为研究对象,采用“预先筛分-闭路磨矿分级-磁选-阳离子反浮选”工艺进行深度选别实验研究。在预选筛分筛孔宽度0.074 mm,塔磨机磨矿产品细度-0.038 mm占90%,阳离子反浮选粗选、精选1和精选2的十二胺分段添加量为100+50+20 g/t(折合原矿药剂单耗52.36+26.18+10.47 g/t)的条件下,分别获得产率23.76%,铁品位71.65%,酸不溶物含量0.15%的超级铁精矿和产率76.24%,铁品位66.67%的副产铁精矿。Taking an Anshan type sedimentary metamorphic iron concentrate in Liaoning Province as the research object,a deep separation experiment was carried out with process of pre screening,closed-circuit grinding and classification,magnetic separation and cation reverse flotation.Super iron concentrate with yield of 23.76%,iron grade of 71.65%,acid insoluble content of 0.15%and by-product iron concentrate with yield of 76.24%and iron grade of 66.67%were obtained respectively,under the condition that the width of the pre separation sieve is 0.074 mm,the fineness of the tower mill grinding products is-0.038 mm accounting for 90%,and the amount of dodecylamine added in cation reverse flotation roughing,cleaning 1 and cleaning 2 is 100+50+20 g/t(equivalent to the unit consumption of raw ore 52.36+26.18+10.47g/t).
